Public or Private Visitation Prior to Cremation - This provides you and your family and friends the opportunity to say goodbye, face to face, in a peaceful setting. Often this provides a profound sense of closure and sense of togetherness for family members.
A traditional funeral service denotes the physical presence of the body at the service, whether you choose burial or cremation following the service. A funeral service may be held in our funeral chapel, at your church or at another venue of your choice. A funeral service typically has a Clergy or Officiate to precide and may also include special music, readings, poems, eulogies and/or prayers. The funeral service can either conclude with burial in a cemetery of your choice or at the location of the funeral service if you elect to have the body cremated.
A memorial service is much like a funeral service, only that the body is not present. You may choose to have an urn with the deceased cremated remains present, or simply have a few photo collages commemorating their life. It may also conclude like a funeral service with burial at a cemetery of your choice or with the urn remaining in your personal possession.
A graveside service is a ceremony held at a cemetery of your choice, attended by family and friends. Most graveside services take place just after the funeral or memorial service. However, you may also request private graveside services prior to a memorial service at our funeral home or a church of your choice.
