SANDRA LEE EHRENREICH

JERSEYVILLE – Sandra “Sandy” Lee Ehrenreich, 83, passed away Friday, July 25,2025, at Evercare of Jerseyville.

She was born on March 16, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Wilford and Anna (Schenk) Johannes.

She married David Ehrenreich on January 3, 1959, in Imperial, Missouri and together they were blessed with 66 years of marriage

Sandy had a passion for baking. Known especially for her wedding cakes, she poured love into each one of them.

More than anything, she was the cornerstone of her family. She embraced her role as a grandma with pride, joy, and unwavering devotion. Whether it was attending every event, offering gentle wisdom, or simply being present with open arms and a warm smile, her love knew no bounds.

Surviving are her husband, David Ehrenreich of Jerseyville, a son and daughter in-law, Jeff and Michelle Ehrenreich of Niangua, Missouri; three grandchildren, Jason D. Ehrenreich (Michelle) of Marshfield, MO., Christopher A. Ehrenreich of Shelbina, MO., and Brittany Ehrenreich of Galesburg, IL.; seven great-grandchildren, Brendon Turnbull, Clayton Turnbull, Gabriella Ehrenreich, Brett Ehrenreich, Kylie Delp, Addison Ehrenreich and Madison Ehrenreich; two great-great grandchildren, Oakley Jade Turnbull and Owen Kate Turnbull.; two cousins, Earl “Bud” Johannes of Kokomo, Indiana and Diane Moses of Pensacola, Florida; a niece Sandy Lefler.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Perks.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Sandy’s “Second Son”, Pat Bierman, as well as the staff at Evercare and Vitas Hospice.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m., on Wednesday, July 30,

2025 at the Gospel Assembly Church in Jerseyville. Pastor Sam Shaw, Pastor Clyde Shaw and Pastor Bradley Miller will officiate

Graveside services will follow at the Mount Hope Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Gospel Assembly Church.
