LORENA KAY CLARK

OTTERVILLE – Lorena Kay (Alesandrini) Clark, 69, passed away  at 3:19 p.m. on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at Alton Memorial Hospital.

She was born on July 28 1951 in Alton and was the daughter of the late Louis J. Alesandrini and Alma Ethel Logan.

Kay is survived by her husband of 15 years, Beuford Eugene “Gene” Clark of Otterville; a son and daughter in-law, Steven and Shelley Graham of East Alton; four daughters and two sons in-law, Tammy and Mike Sleczka of Granite City, Dana Graham of Cottage Hills, Elizabeth Graham of West Alton, Missouri, Andrea and Chris Easley of East Alton; three stepsons, Mike, Matthew and Donald Clark; ten grandchildren, Alex, Chloe, Stephanie, Katie, Brianna, Connor, Damien, Taylor, Brooke and Layton; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Rose Alesandrini of Alton; a brother and sister in-law, Terry and JoAnn Alesandrini of East Alton; a sister in-law, Bonnie Alesandrini of Fiat; along with many nieces and nephews, including a special niece and her husband, Amy and Todd Buettner of Wentzville, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her father, Louis J. Alesandrini; her mother and step-father, Alma Ethel Logan and Berlin Logan; a son, Andrew “Dewey” Graham; paternal grandparents, Terrsilio and Rosa Alesandrini; maternal grandmother, Lillie M Hazzard; two brothers, Ron and Dee Alesandrini; two sisters, Santa Sachwertz and Gina Alesandrini; as well as a sister in-law, Margaret Alesandrini. 

Per her wishes, cremation rights have been accorded.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 from noon-3 p.m. at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville.

Per Illinois Department of Health mandates, a maximum of 50 people can be allowed in the funeral home at a time and face coverings must be worn.

In lieu of flowers or plants, memorials may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
