LISA STEVENS-FOWLER

JERSEYVILLE – Lisa Stevens-Fowler, 62, died Thursday, November 2, 2023 at Christian Hospital Northeast in Saint Louis, Missouri.

She was born on December 13, 1960 in Alton, Illinois and was the daughter of the late Lural Dean and June (Waggoner) Stevens Sr.

She married James Fowler on June 21, 1991 and together their marriage was blessed with many wonderful memories together throughout the past 32 years.

Lisa was employed as a CNA throughout the area, most recently with Jerseyville Estates, and thoroughly enjoyed her work and the bonds that she created with her fellow co-workers and residents. When she was not working, her favorite place to be near the water, and her trips to the ocean were always amongst her favorites.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Fowler of Jerseyville and a sister, Carolyn Watson of Brighton. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Lural Dean “Butch” Stevens and a sister, Jennifer Edwards.

Per her wishes, no services will be held.
