EDWARD SUTTLES

CARROLLTON - Edward Dale Suttles, 60, passed away at 10:25 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026 at his home in Carrollton. 

He was born in Jerseyville on December 2, 1965 to Larry and Charlotte (Ontis) Suttles. 

Surviving are his mother, Charlotte Suttles; his daughter, Amber Suttles; his grandson, Tyler Hutton; and his sister, Candace Suttles. 

He was preceded in death by his father and best friend, Larry Suttles on December 5, 2020. 

He was employed as a carpenter foreman for McBride and Son and later, Builders Bloc. companies in the St. Louis, Missouri area. 

Eed was an avid duck hunter and he also loved fishing. He also enjoyed playing darts and participating in various leagues for many years. He was known for his love of the Dallas Cowboys and rock music. 

Ed will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him. Anyone who ever hunted with him will be saddened by his passing. 

Per his wishes, no services will be held.
