DOLORES WAUGH
JERSEYVILLE – Dolores Elaine Waugh, 88, died at 1:16 p.m., Friday, May 12, 2023 at Willow Rose Rehab and Health Care Center in Jerseyville.
She was born on January 20, 1935 in Carrollton, Illinois and was the daughter of the late Edwin Thayles and Bernice Louise (Evans) Wilton.
She enjoyed working puzzles and creating crafts and had a deep love for the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, where she resided for forty years.
Surviving are two children, Jeanette (Keith) Bailey of Delhi and Dennis Probst; a sister, Mary Fricker of Brighton; two brothers and sisters in-law, James and Mary Wilton of Medora and Donald and Shirley Wilton of Medora; three grandchildren, Malinda (Rick) Cummings of Jerseyville, Stacy Graham of Jerseyville and Christina Graham of Jerseyville; six great grandchildren, Nicholas, Kyle and Alex Cummings, Ayanna Graham, Demond and Alessia Loving, all of Jerseyville; as well as a great-great granddaughter, Aubrey Cummings of Jerseyville.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Waugh; a daughter and son in-law, Cheryl and Larry Graham; as well as a daughter in infancy.
Per her wishes, no public services will be held.
